Retention Specialist 

SafeTouch Security Systems is looking for a strong willed hard working member to join our customer relations team. This team specializes in developing establishing, and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. Excellent customer service skills and professionalism are a must for this position.

Retention/Customer Relations Specialist Job Duties

  • Handle daily inbound and outbound calls regarding customer inquiries for their home security systems
  • Ability to negotiate agreement terms, potential upgrades and make appropriate offers regarding account cancellations and /or transfer requests
  • Manage customer requests via email, calls and sales leads on a day to day basis with accuracy and completeness
  • Work within guidelines and perimeters of cancellation process in order to retain customers
  • Ability to collect on accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and continued service with SafeTouch
  • Daily scanning, filing and organizing of customer account files
Skills/Qualifications
  • General knowledge of Security Alarm Industry
  • 1+ year Customer Service
  • Excellent Customer Service skills; phone etiquette
  • Negotiations/Collections experience
  • Advanced Computer skills
  • Demonstration of composure & patience when dealing with customers
  • Communication proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Work independently in an efficient and professional manner
