Dear Safetouch,

I have been thoroughly/extremely impressed with SafeTouch Security and I am so glad

I switched from those other “security companies”. I've had two different ones prior

to finding you about 3-4 years ago. Your service in EVERY aspect has been what I

believe to be OUTSTANDING and what I should expect to see from a service oriented

company. Sadly enough, in today's day and age we'lI see less and less of this. So, it

is nice to see a company take pride in their level of customer service as SafeTouch

does. You have certainly earned what I call, “The second to None” and the “Above and

Beyond” Service Awards! I refer and follow up with referrals with everyone I know/

meet. Regardless, if they follow-up and place a call to you or not. That is the best way

I can spread the word. Having been a Senior Level Executive for Emergency Road

Service (of Operations) Organization for over 26 years has ruined me! Meaning, I have

ALWAYS expected our Customer Service, sales and providers to provide outstanding

service that is second to none. Where I have been ruined is I expect the same level of

service when I'm dealing with a service organization that I pay a fee to, both personally

and professionally.

Unfortunately, again outstanding services are merely words and as we both know,

actions speak louder that words and service levels continue to decline. The reason I'

m taking this time to write this letter to you is I believe more often a person is going

to take the time to complain, wanting something in return and do not take the time to

write compliments when they are WELL deserved. However, trust me, I will also be the

“squeaky wheel”, when necessary due to poor service, but will always take my time to

recognize those I feel have earned the deserved “Second to None” and the “Above and

Beyond” service and sales awards. You and all of your team that I have dealt with have

earned those awards and for you and your team, I am very thankful. I was also blessed

when I kept hearing your advertisements while driving my car (which were great ads

too) and I finally took the time to make that first phone call to your office.

Please pass this along to all your staff as they, in my opinion, should see what their

customers have to say and they should feel proud of themselves that they make a

positive impact and have allowed customers to feel confident they will be here if an

emergency arises or any need for that matter. I want to tell our staff they are employed

by the best security organization. Also, if possible, it would be nice to have you pull

all my alarm, service, and general question calls to determine those who have dealt

with me and place a copy of this in their employee file, so at review time, my voice, as

your customer for 3-4 years, can be heard by those staff members and supervisor as a

reminder when determining what % of pay increase they should receive.
