This week, my family upgraded our security service with Safetouch Security. I asked how I could relay our interaction with the company, and I was given your email address.
Prior to the process, my husband and I did our homework and anticipated a good product. However, our experience with Safetouch exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The products were perfect for our needs, but more importantly, the personnel handling this transition in all areas were superb.
Our sales rep, who took our order was personable and clear in presenting the product. From our conversation, he assessed our needs and efficiently processed our order. In following up with training questions, Jose' who handled this part quickly realized from our questions that our needs required further modifications to our system.
Our customer service representative worked with us and quickly adjusted the system to better fit our needs, not only enhancing the installed modules, but more importantly, making sure we understood exactly how to utilize each of these. He was professional and made sure we were comfortable with the execution of both the home and remote modules of the system.
It would have been easy to leave the system in place and go on to other customers, but I see in this experience how your company made sure that the product we were left with was one that was clearly right for our particular needs. He used outstanding business and technical expertise that is valuable for your company.
The Safetouch experience far exceeded our expectations, and we will be sure to recommend this company to anyone we know who may be in the market for a security system.
